Teaching assistants play a vital role in delivering high‐quality learning across schools. Their
work supports effective teaching, strengthens pupil progress and contributes to a calm,
purposeful learning environment.
As part of a Multi‐Academy Trust, Priory Apprenticeships has a deep understanding of the
realities of school life — from the pressures on teaching staff to the increasing complexity of
learner needs.
Our Level 3 programme provides the practical skills, pedagogical knowledge and confidence
needed to allow TAs to make a meaningful impact in the classroom.
